II. Eligibility and Account
"Users must be at least 18 years old or a legally registered business entity. Business accounts (Cafes/Roasteries) must provide a valid Commercial Registration (CR) to access wholesale pricing."
III. Pricing and Payment
"All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted via Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and Credit Cards through SAMA-licensed gateways."
IV. Shipping and Delivery
"In accordance with Saudi Law, if delivery is delayed by more than 15 days from the agreed date, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund, unless the delay is due to Force Majeure."
